Prepaid hours are useful for putting in requests to adjust or update website content like:

  • adding a new web page
  • adding photos
  • adding a new section about a product or service
  • updating staff member details
  • changing opening times
  • any content updates

You can also use these hours for:

  • creating new content
  • brainstorming a new web page
  • video production, video editing and publishing
  • marketing
  • email systems and processes including assistance with Microsoft 365

It is always reassuring to have some prepaid hours available so that you can simply email me and I can make the updates straight away.

How do I monitor how many hours I have left?
We will send you a link to a dashboard where you can see hours, days and tasks worked. The dashboard is updated in real time so you can visit it whenever you would like.

How long do I have to use my hours?
4 years from the date of purchase.

How much do you charge for travel time?
25% of the hourly rate. I am based in Cashmere. Travelling within 10 minutes is not counted.

Can I make part payments towards an order?
Yes we can arrange this for you. We can organise for you to make 2 to 4 part payments over a couple of weeks or months.
