How do I monitor how many hours I have left?
We will send you a link to a dashboard where you can see hours, days and tasks worked. The dashboard is updated in real time so you can visit it whenever you would like.

How long do I have to use my hours?
4 years from the date of purchase.

How much do you charge for travel time?
25% of the hourly rate. I am based in Cashmere. Travelling within 10 minutes is not counted.

Can I make part payments towards an order?
Yes we can arrange this for you. We can organise for you to make 2 to 4 part payments over a couple of weeks or months.
